Holding a Bachelor's degree in Youth Leadership and Community Action from INJS and a Master's degree in Gender and Development from the University of Yaoundé I, Edjo'o Leslie Harmel is an expert in gender and inclusion. She actively advocates against gender-based violence (GBV) in Cameroon, speaks at international conferences, and offers moral and social support to victims. As General Coordinator of CERADD, she oversees the design, coordination, and execution of programs promoting sustainable development and social inclusion. She is a sworn inspector for petroleum and gas control, serves as Senior Advisor for inclusive education at ADESO, and works as a public administrator for the State of Cameroon.

He assists the General Coordinator in planning, implementing, and monitoring scientific, technical, and administrative activities. A researcher in urban sociology, his focus includes smart cities, urban governance, mobility, and spatial planning. He also holds specialized training in project development and management.

Holding a Bachelor's degree in Management Sciences and a Master's degree in Gender and Development (Humanitarian Action option), Carine Laure Alima Oloua is the Executive Secretary of CERADD. She is strongly committed to gender equality, social inclusion, and social protection. As an administrative and financial management professional, she ensures the operational coordination of the Center and actively oversees training and volunteering programs.

A social development professional experienced in project management and community action, Eliette holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and is completing a Master's degree in Gender and Development. She has driven key initiatives in disability rights, inclusion, and youth empowerment. As Project Manager at CERADD, she contributes to project design, coordination, and impact assessment, focusing on disability, inclusion, youth, and sustainability.

Annistere Mbarga is an international junior development consultant. Holding a Master's in Sociology, he is completing a Master's in Territorial Management and Local Development at Université Clermont Auvergne (France). He has contributed to major Cameroonian development initiatives with Civipol, funded by the French Development Agency (AFD) and the World Bank. He is currently a Grant Manager Assistant at the Global Development Network (GDN) in France while leading sustainable development programs at CERADD.

Kumo Walters holds a Master’s degree in Sociology, specializing in Population and Development, from the University of Yaoundé I, Cameroon. He is a researcher and community engagement practitioner with experience in communication, community mobilization, and organizational development across several community-based organizations in Cameroon. His research interests span internal displacement, refugee studies, entrepreneurship, digital health, and child protection. Drawing on his experience in community management and stakeholder engagement, Kumo is committed to advancing inclusive development and strengthening community-driven initiatives. He currently serves as the Public Relations Officer of CERADD, where he contributes to communication, visibility, and stakeholder engagement.

Yannick Steve ABEGA MBIDA is Director of Research and Scientific Partnerships at CERADD, leading the center's scientific strategy, academic partnerships, and training modules for junior researchers. His expertise encompasses environmental sociology, urban planning, environmental justice, active mobility, and major risk management policies. His research covers eco-friendly practices in plastic waste management in Cameroon, urban flood adaptation strategies in Rouen (France), and climate change impacts on rural mobility with Cerema. This dual African-European perspective underpins the scientific rigor of CERADD's research.
