Carine Laure Alima Oloua

Holding a Bachelor's degree in Management Sciences and a Master's degree in Gender and Development (Humanitarian Action option), Carine Laure Alima Oloua is the Executive Secretary of CERADD. She is strongly committed to gender equality, social inclusion, and social protection.

As an administrative and financial management professional, she ensures the operational coordination of the Center and actively oversees training and volunteering programs.
